A warm up event for the Unbottle It! Tour which stops in Ottawa on January 19th, 2009.

Please bring a donation of personal care items(toothpaste, toothbrushes, small shampoos, etc.) which will go to St. Joe’s Supper Table.

Water is here there and absolutely everywhere.
Water is possibility. Water is life.
It is in the blood and makes the heart beat.
It is in the mouth with which we can speak to one another.
We need water. And now the water needs us.
What do we want our relationship with water to be?

What’s it all about for you? This evening is a coming together to negotiate the relationship that we have with our water. We will have an Alogonquin grandmother come and open our event with a blessing. The Asinabike Women's Drum Circle will sing us a few songs. Mike Buckthought will be coming to share his writing on water too. Ritallin and his slammin’ urbanite wordsmiths will share the word on things too with their weekly Bill Brown Contest. And we invite you to come up to the mic and share what the water is speaking to you in your soul. So, come out, come in and warm up with a cuppa and something sweet!
